License Limitations and Restrictions
Product Licenses (Permitted Uses):
- Images can be used on merchandise such as hats, mugs, and posters, including print-on-demand services that are valued under £2000 ($2400).
- For personal applications like tattoos are allowed.
Product License Restrictions:
Our licenses we sell online are not applicable for items sold above £2000 (approximately $2400) each. This restriction applies to high-value items such as vehicles, high-end electronics, and more. Should you wish to use our designs for such purposes, please reach out to us directly.
Commercial/Editorial Licenses (Permitted Uses):
- Images are permitted for use on social media and other digital platforms.
- Suitable for promotional and advertising materials, both online and offline, to highlight services, products, or promotions.

General Prohibitions (all licenses)
- Reselling, leasing, sub-leasing, or transferring rights of the image itself is strictly prohibited under our licenses.
- Creating non-fungible tokens (NFTs) with our images is not allowed, although exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis upon direct agreement.
- Our licenses are non-exclusive; copyright remains with us unless a separate agreement for outright purchase is made.
- Using our images for illegal or immoral activities is forbidden.
- Editorial use requires proper credit to be given to us, for instance, "Image courtesy of PhotoGoblin.com.
Prohibited Actions (all licenses):
- Using our designs, to manufacture and sell high-value items. Eg. Vehicles, sculptures, etc. So, you can't use our car designs to manufacture and sell cars.
